普莱国际与宏翔集团联合发布严正专利声明暨行业合规通告

为维护知识产权与市场秩序，宏翔集团有限公司（以下简称“宏翔集团”）与普莱国际有限公司（以下简称“普莱国际”）今日联合发布严正声明：

普莱国际合法拥有中国专利“一种纤维织物及其制备方法”（专利号：CN201410133363.2，授权日：2019年12月6日）。该专利涵盖含铜纤维织物结构及生产方法，相关产品由宏翔集团负责全球生产、品牌运营与市场销售。

根据《中华人民共和国专利法》第十一条，未经专利权人许可，任何单位或个人不得为生产经营目的制造、使用、许诺销售、销售、进口该专利产品或使用其专利方法及利用该方法直接获得的产品。任何侵权行为均构成违法，侵权方将承担民事赔偿责任，情节严重者或将面临行政处罚乃至刑事责任。

两公司坚决支持正当技术交流与公平竞争，严厉谴责任何形式的专利侵权、产品仿冒及虚假宣传。诚邀有意合作单位或个人洽谈专利授权或品牌合作事宜。

普莱国际与宏翔集团将持续通过法律、行政及行业途径，积极捍卫自身知识产权与品牌声誉。对于任何侵权及不正当竞争行为，一经发现，必将依法追究到底，绝不姑息。

Patent Statement and Industry Compliance Notice

Issued by PRIDEWOOD INTERNATIONAL and DFG GROUP

To safeguard intellectual property rights and market order, DFG GROUP LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “DFG GROUP”) and PRIDEWOOD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “PRIDEWOOD INTERNATIONAL”) jointly issue the following formal statement:

PRIDEWOOD INTERNATIONAL is the lawful holder of the Chinese patent titled "A Fiber Fabric and Its Preparation Method" (Patent No.: CN201410133363.2, Date of Issue: December 6, 2019). This patent covers the structure and production method of copper-containing fiber fabrics. DFG GROUP is responsible for the global production, brand management, and market distribution of the related products.

Under Article 11 of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, no entity or individual may, for the purpose of production or business operations, manufacture, use, offer to sell, sell, or import the patented product, or use the patented method and the product directly obtained by such method, without the authorization of the patentee. Any such unauthorized actions constitute infringement, and the infringer shall bear civil liability. In serious cases, administrative penalties or even criminal liabilities may apply.

The two companies firmly support legitimate technological exchange and fair competition, and strongly condemn any form of patent infringement, product counterfeiting, and false advertising. We sincerely welcome any entity or individual interested in cooperation to engage in discussions on patent licensing or brand collaboration.

PRIDEWOOD INTERNATIONAL and DFG GROUP will continue to defend their intellectual property rights and brand reputation through legal, administrative, and industry mechanisms. Any act of infringement or unfair competition, once discovered, will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law without tolerance.
